Your guest list is the foundation of your wedding planning. Here's how to build and manage it.
Add a guest manually
Go to Guest List and tap "Add Guest". Enter the primary guest's name, side (bride's or groom's), relation, and contact info. You can also add party members โ like a spouse, children, or plus ones โ under the same invitation so they share one RSVP link.
Import guests from a spreadsheet
If you already have a list in Excel or Google Sheets, tap the menu (โฏ) in the guest list header and choose "Import Guests". Download the template, fill it in with your guest data, and upload it. The template includes formatting tips and example rows.
Send RSVP links
Each guest entry has a unique RSVP link. Open a guest's record and copy their link to send via email, text, or include in a printed invitation. Guests don't need an account โ they just click the link and respond.
Track RSVP status
The guest list shows each guest's status: Confirmed, Pending, or Declined. Use the filter bar to view just one status at a time, or search by name. The stats panel at the top shows your total confirmed, pending, and declined count.
Export your guest list as a PDF
Tap "Preview & Export" in the guest list header to open the printable view. It includes a summary of stats, meal breakdowns, allergies, seating assignments, and separate tables for attending, pending, and declined guests. Hit "Export PDF" to download.
Create a detailed schedule for every part of your wedding day.
Create a timeline
Go to Timeline and tap the "+" tab to create a new timeline. Give it a name like "Ceremony" or "Reception". You can have as many timelines as you need โ one for rehearsal dinner, one for the wedding day, one for vendors, etc.
Add events
Tap "Add Event" on any timeline. Set the start time, duration, title, and optional location or notes. Events are displayed as cards in chronological order. You can drag them to rearrange.
Assign vendors to events
When adding or editing an event, you can tag relevant vendors (like your photographer or DJ) directly on the card. This makes it easy to see who is involved in each part of the day.
Share your timeline
Tap the share icon on any timeline to generate a read-only link. Anyone with the link can view the schedule without needing an account โ perfect for sharing with your wedding party, vendors, or venue coordinator.
Export to PDF
Use the export option in the timeline controls to download a formatted PDF of your schedule. It includes all events, times, and notes in a clean layout suitable for printing.
Stay on top of wedding costs by logging every expense as you go.
Add a budget item
Go to Budget and tap "Add Item". Enter a category (flowers, catering, photography, etc.), estimated cost, and actual cost if you already know it. You can also link the item to a vendor for easy reference.
Update payment status
Each budget item has a payment status: Unpaid, Partial, or Paid. Update it as you make deposits and final payments. The overview shows your total outstanding balance at a glance.
Filter by status
Use the filter bar to view only unpaid, partially paid, or fully paid items. This is helpful when you need to know what still needs to be settled before the big day.
Review your overview
The overview panel at the top of the budget page shows your total estimated budget, total actual spend, total paid, and total outstanding. It updates automatically as you add and edit items.
Keep all your vendor contacts and details organized in one place.
Add a vendor
Go to Vendors and tap "Add Vendor". Enter the vendor's name, category (photographer, florist, caterer, etc.), contact info, and any notes like contract details or special instructions.
Filter by category
Use the category filter to quickly find all vendors of a specific type. This is helpful when you need to quickly pull up your caterer's number or check who your DJ is.
Link vendors to budget items
When adding or editing a budget item, you can link it to a vendor. This connects your spending directly to the company you're paying, making reconciliation easier.
Link vendors to timeline events
When editing a timeline event, tag the relevant vendor. This lets you see at a glance which vendors are involved in each part of the day.
Arrange your reception seating with a visual canvas. Best used on desktop.
Create tables
Go to Seating Chart and double-click the canvas to add a table. Give it a name and set the number of seats. You can add as many tables as you need and drag them around the canvas to arrange the layout.
Assign guests to seats
Confirmed guests appear in the left sidebar. Drag a guest from the sidebar onto an empty seat on a table to assign them. You can also drag them off a seat to unassign.
Use auto-seat
Tap "Auto-Seat" to automatically fill open seats with unassigned guests. The algorithm tries to keep party members together at the same table. You can run it multiple times or manually adjust the results.
Include pending guests
By default, only confirmed guests show in the sidebar. Toggle the pending guests option to include guests who haven't responded yet โ useful if you want to plan ahead.
Customize the page your guests see when they click their RSVP link.
Choose a theme
Go to RSVP Editor and select a theme from the theme panel. Each theme has its own fonts, colors, and overall feel. You can switch themes at any time โ your content stays intact.
Add and edit content blocks
Use the blocks panel to add sections like a welcome message, event details, dress code, or custom text. Click any block to edit its content. Drag blocks to reorder them.
Preview on mobile and desktop
The live preview panel shows exactly how your RSVP page will look to guests. Toggle between mobile and desktop views to make sure everything looks right on both.
Publish and share
Your RSVP page is always live โ guests can use their unique links at any time. There's nothing to publish manually. Just send the links and the page reflects your latest design automatically.
Stay on top of everything that needs to happen before the big day.
Add a task
Go to Checklist and tap "Add Task". Give it a title, optional due date, and assign it to a team member if needed. Tasks are visible to everyone on your wedding team.
Use task templates
Tap "Add from Template" to load a pre-built checklist of common wedding tasks. Templates are organized by category and automatically set suggested due dates based on your wedding date.
Mark tasks complete
Check off tasks as you complete them. Completed tasks move to the bottom of the list. Your dashboard overview shows how many tasks are done vs. total at a glance.
Filter and sort
Use the filter options to view tasks by status (open, completed) or by assignee. This is helpful if multiple people are working from the same checklist.
Invite your partner, planner, and wedding party to collaborate.
Invite someone
Go to Wedding Team and enter the email address of the person you want to invite. They'll receive an invitation and need to create a free account to accept. Once they join, they'll have access based on the role you assigned.
Understand roles
Owner and Partner have full access to all features. Planner can manage most things but has limited administrative actions. Bridal Party is view-only โ they can see the timeline and guest list but can't make changes.
Change or remove a member
Owners can change a member's role or remove them from the event at any time from the Wedding Team page.
Update your event details
Go to Settings from the dashboard menu. You can update your event name, wedding date, and venue. These details appear across the app โ for example, the date is used to calculate task due dates.
Switch between events
If you're managing more than one wedding (or helping a friend), tap "Switch Event" from the dashboard to go back to the event selection screen.
